This perfect waterview beach cottage offers breathtaking vistas over the Atlantic. It is in walking distance to the beach. The Master Bedroom has airconditioning. A sweet cottage for your relaxation.
The first floor has an open concept living/dining and kitchen. Mexican tile adds warmth and a country cottage feel. The dining table has seating for 6. We provide a beautiful comfortable sectional couch in the living room, a bedroom with 2 twins. The whole upstairs is a Master bedroom on one side and a sitting area on the other and across the entire windowfront is a custom built in window seat with beautiful cushions.
A door leads out to a spacious deck. There is an enclosed outdoor shower behind the house. Steamer chairs and a beautiful outdoor teak table with chairs for 6 plus umbrella are provided.
Privacy is yours on 4 plus stonewall lined acres. Within an easy walk of a private beach on the Atlantic and the cliffs. The spacious field and lawn in front of the house, the everpresent sound of the surf, an abundance of blackberries in season for your enjoyment make this a most perfect setting for your Martha's Vineyard vacation. You'll never want to leave!
